Melissa Popiel Bahr has spent nearly 20 years large national and global Clients create, build and defend their brands. She’s proud to have partnered with P&G, Unilever, HersheyFoods, ConAgra, Benjamin Moore, Pennzoil-Quaker State, and others while at some of the most prestigious advertising agencies in New York City, including Ogilvy & Mather, Saatchi & Saatchi and DDB. After this incredible training, she went in-house to lead the Engagement team at Benjamin Moore & Co., a Berkshire-Hathaway Company.

In 2014, Melissa established MPBrand to take the rigorous processes used by large marketing machines to the exciting world of startups. She loves helping Clients bring their visions to life, and to market!

Some of Melissa's proudest moments include 

  • leading the team at Ogilvy to create Dove Bar global communications as part of The Campaign for Real Beauty 

  • working with P&G to develop, launch and market a new form of tooth whitening product: Crest Whitestrips Daily MulitCare

  • developing a holistic communications plan to support the Benjamin Moore Main Street Matters campaign, a corporate social responsibility program

  • training marketing veterans and newbies alike on the ins and outs of social media- and how brands can make Social work for them without draining major resources
